Ben Tobin | CEO

Ben is the Founder and CEO of Ayme Group, a leading name in Australian recruitment. Since beginning his career in 2004, he has built a global track record of success, having worked across three continents and led the design and delivery of some of the world’s largest and most complex recruitment projects. Today, he is focused on bringing a customer centric approach to the recruitment industry.

Driven by a passion to raise industry standards, Ben launched Ayme to offer a fresh, innovative approach to recruitment, contingent staffing, and training.

He champions a culture of collaboration and empowerment supporting his clients, candidates, and team to achieve their goals. With deep industry expertise and a clear strategic vision, Ben continues to lead Ayme at the forefront of the recruitment landscape.

Callee Mann | Principal Consultant

Callee is a Principal Consultant at AYME Group, bringing over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Known for her consultative and personalised approach, she excels at building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Callee ensures that tailored solutions are delivered to meet the unique needs of both parties, driving a customer-centric experience focused on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of her clients' business goals and candidates' aspirations. Her commitment to delivering on promises and consistently exceeding expectations has established her as a trusted leader in the industry.

Her career has been defined by steady progression through key roles, beginning at a global recruitment agency, where she advanced from Customer Care Consultant to Senior Consultant, excelling in client-focused recruitment solutions. She later became Branch Manager, where she led a newly established branch to significant growth. Following that success, she transitioned to National Sales Operations Manager and subsequently to Head of Staffing, overseeing the national branch network and ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.

At AYME Group, Callee leverages her vast experience to provide strategic, tailored recruitment services. With her consultative approach, she thrives on aligning the goals of clients and candidates to drive exceptional outcomes and foster long-term, successful partnerships.

Samantha Tilley | Operations Director

Samantha brings over 9 years of hands-on experience in the recruitment world, with a real passion for helping people find the right fit. She’s especially skilled when it comes to temporary staffing, and in her most recent role as a National Recruitment Manager, she helped businesses across all kinds of industries connect with top talent.

Originally from the Central West, Samantha kicked off her recruitment journey after finishing her degree at CSU in Bathurst. For the past 10+ years, she’s been working closely with local businesses across the region, covering everything from manufacturing and logistics to office support, contact centres, and government. 

Samantha is all about making meaningful connections, whether that’s helping someone take the next step in their career or supporting businesses to find the right person for their team. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and is committed to making a positive impact in the local community.

Lucia Guerra | Office Manager & Marketing Director

Lucia brings a multifaceted approach to her role, combining operational efficiency, strategic marketing insights, and expertise in accounts and payroll management. She ensures the smooth running of office activities, supports accurate financial processes, and spearheads campaigns that elevate AYME's brand presence in the competitive recruitment landscape.

Lucia’s professional journey spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, and manufacturing. In each sector, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics that shape their markets. Her experience in healthcare sharpened her attention to detail and client care, while her time in the construction and manufacturing sectors provided her with invaluable insights into operational efficiency and the importance of strategic communication.
